Are your prices per person or per group?+
The advertised training prices are for your whole group, up to the stated learner limit. Prices exclude VAT. Your quotation confirms the full cost, including any travel or additional charges.
Do you deliver training at our premises?+
Yes. We deliver on-site training across the UK. Tell us your postcode and group size so we can confirm the arrangements and any travel expenses. Some courses can also be delivered live online.
Which first aid course should we choose?+
We offer one-day Emergency First Aid at Work, a two-day First Aid at Work refresher and the full three-day course. The appropriate course depends on your first aid needs assessment. Tell us about your workplace and we can discuss the options with you.
Can we combine courses or book several sites?+
Yes. Fire Marshal training and practical extinguisher training can be combined for £600 + VAT per group, subject to suitable space. We can also prepare a tailored quotation for multiple sessions or sites.
What do we need for practical training?+
For practical extinguisher training, a suitable outdoor space is required. Evacuation equipment training uses the equipment at your site. Send the make and model and we will confirm suitability and space requirements before booking.
Do we receive certificates?+
Training certificates are issued electronically following completion. The certificate type depends on the course. A Fire Risk Assessment provides a report with findings and recommended actions.
Can you arrange evening or weekend sessions?+
Yes, subject to instructor availability. Additional charges may apply. Tell us your preferred dates and times so these can be included in your quotation.
